To sign up as a Capsule designer, please fill out the following form. You will receive an email confirming we recieved your information. If approved, you will receive an email containing your Union Design password; you will use this password to access your Union Design designer account and to reserve space at Union Design events. Be sure to click on the "Sign Me Up" button, at the bottom of the page, once you fill out the form. Also, email sometimes gets placed in your bulk or spam mail folders, so be sure to check those folders.
